
I do several things to stay healthy. First of I smoke, I want to give up smoking. It is bad for health to smoke a packet a day. I know that it is not good for health, but I smoke. Second, I am careful not to drink too much alcohol. I like alcohol and I drink a lot at a time, and it is bad for health. I do not want to drink too much. Third, I exercise recently because I was under exercise. I made a day to exercise all day long each week. But, I am tired on that day. Finally, don’t eat too many instant noodles. Instant noodles do not have nourishment and I know that it is not good for health, so I do not eat very much. My attention is not fused much on health, but I want to be careful from now on.
